Images shown on the website are for reference purposes only. Exact flower types or shades may vary while maintaining the same style, value, and quality.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by TAVÉINE AE. An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

Once an order has been accepted and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to the perishable nature of flowers.

SECTION 4 — PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Prices do not include delivery charges unless explicitly stated. Payment must be completed at checkout using available secure payment methods.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 — DELIVERY & RISK

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and locations in Dubai.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

Returns are not accepted once an order has been prepared or delivered
Refunds are assessed only for damaged, incorrect, or defective orders
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence
